What condos, townhomes and houses cost in the city

Millcreek is known for its homes, ranging from modern condos and townhouses to large contemporary single-family homes. The east side of the city has higher prices because the homes are closer to the mountains and have wide views. Across Millcreek, home prices range from the upper $400,000s to around $2.3 million. Condos and townhouses are the cheaper options, selling from the upper $300,000s to the lower $800,000s. Most people are homeowners, but there are also plenty of opportunities to rent, from apartment units to detached homes. “It’s a very nice, high-yield area. Compared to other cities, it has more mature trees that line the streets,” says Rodney Moser, broker and owner at NextHome Navigator, who has over 30 years of experience. “It does cost a lot to get into Millcreek, because of their good schools, parks and homes.”

GreatSchools: The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
