New traditional homes at Hunters Cove subdivision

The eastern section of the neighborhood typically has older ranch-style homes and cottages priced between $100,000 and $200,000. There aren't sidewalks on this side of the neighborhood, but the streets are quiet, and the large, woodsy lots provide privacy. The Hunters Cove subdivision has contemporary Craftsman-style and Neoclassical-inspired traditional homes with open lots and backyard privacy fences. Homes on these sidewalk-lined streets are usually priced between $225,000 and $400,000. Like many Gulf Coast communities, Mobile is at risk for high winds and flooding due to hurricanes. Some residents prepare by installing hurricane shutters and generators.A short drive from Medal of Honor Park
