The grand old homes along Dauphin Street have changed hands many times over the years, but their original flavor and flare have been preserved. Victorian spires and gables of century-old Colonials peek out from behind the leafy canopy of Georgia Avenue’s mature oaks. The covered, wrap-around porches of painted Victorians and Southern Colonials face the web of sidewalks connecting the residential grid of the neighborhood.
