Moline’s Walton Hills is a suburban community where residents can lead a quiet lifestyle while still being close to all the city has to offer. It's located right off John Deere Road, less than a half-mile from John Deere’s world headquarters and Black Hawk College, a local community college with nearly 4,000 students. These homes come in a variety of floorplans with attached garages and manicured yards. Greenwood Pointe also includes offers condos for those looking for something with less upkeep.
