A growing community
"Feels like home" is the motto for Monclova Township. The community has a rural vibe and offers top-rated schools, peaceful preserves and nearby retail amenities. This quiet neighborhood is home to sections of older homes, some dating back to 1900, as well as new builds. Wide, tree-lined streets with sidewalks meander throughout the neighborhood, showcasing stately homes and manicured lawns. "Monclova feels like country living, but it is still close to amenities," says Jeannie Medlin, a Realtor with RE/MAX Preferred Associates who has worked in the area for ten years.
