The more modest and older dwellings in the area usually cost between $170,000 and $340,000, while the larger, more expansive properties typically range from $350,000 to $575,000. There are a few estate houses measuring more than 5,000 square feet; those will cost over a million dollars. Bushy oak trees taller than the homes fill the area, while sidewalks line most roadways.
