Winding cul-de-sacs make up most of Ken Caryl Ranch’s subdivisions, where homes have maintained lawns, decorative trees and driveways that lead to garages. Most of the neighborhood’s recent sales have been in its western region. New Traditional multi-story homes are common, built in the 1980s and 1990s.
