Mounds View Boulevard

For breakfast, lunch or dinner, take a drive down Mounds View Boulevard and partake in any number of options, including national chains and local favorites. For breakfast, RJ Riches is a must. “They call it an old-school diner and breakfast and it’s almost impossible to eat the amount of food they give you,” Diffley says. For lunch, Moe’s American Grill is a fun bar for all ages. “It’s very much a chicken sandwich and burger kind of place with tap beer,” Diffley says. And for dinner, consider something with an Asian flare. Pink Flower Vietnamese is known for its fast service and inviting atmosphere – locals suggest the pho and egg rolls.
