A lot of options
"It's all about location, location, location," says Sarah Gipe Yandle, a Carolina One Real Estate sales associate. "You're buying in some areas along Rifle Range Road where the homes or lot sizes may be smaller, but you find value in paying for accessibility." Buyers will find ranch-style homes over $500,000 on Rifle Range's western edge. Colonials surrounded by mature foliage, new custom builds, and elevated Coastal-style houses with double-decker porches run anywhere from $900,000 to $2 million. "It's really a mixed bag," Yandle says. "No matter what you're looking for, there's something for every buyer along Rifle Range Road."A-rated schools

Plans are underway to develop an expansive park along Rifle Range Road, connected to Mount Pleasant Way. The design includes a gym, multipurpose fields, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts, a playground, trails and a boardwalk along pre-existing wetlands. The Marsh View Trail is partially paved and shaded by mature trees. The trail leads into marshlands and a butterfly garden.3 miles from the ocean
In warm weather, residents can reach Isle of Palms beaches in a 3-mile drive across the Isle of Palms Connector or Sullivan's Island via Ben Sawyer Boulevard.
