An established subdivision that makes Naperville feel small
Naper Carriage Hill rides the line between DuPage and Will Counties, an established subdivision with a voluntary homeowners association and a walkable swim club. “Naperville and Aurora are such big areas, so these great little communities make it feel a lot smaller,” says Sue McGuire, a local Realtor with Baird & Warner. “You run into the same people all the time. With a population of 150,000, that’s something special.” Cul-de-sacs are lined with various home styles, including spacious waterfront properties within walking distance of the local elementary school. Across the river, Washington Street offers ample amenities leading the way to Downtown Naperville, 4 miles up the road. From a quiet, suburban landscape to a bustling downtown scene in less than 20 minutes, Naper Carriage Hill offers residents a balanced lifestyle.
