Similar-looking large new traditional homes and townhouses with manicured lawns and garages line the broad, planned streets. Townhouses list for between $300,000 and $450,000. The detached new traditional homes list for between $500,000 and $900,000. Stacey Pruett, a Realtor with Fathom Realty and eight years of local experience, says, “Naperville is a very desirable community for its location, amenities and schools, so you really get buyers fighting to live there and those that live there already aren't moving anytime soon.”

Mary Lou Cowlishaw Elementary School and Thayer J. Hill Middle School both received As on Niche. Metea Valley High School is ranked as the top school in Naperville and boasts an overall Niche score of A-plus. Students regularly win National Merit and U.S. Presidential Scholar Program Scholarships.
