Carlton Lakes maintains many facilities associated with gated community life, including pools, fitness centers, and bocce ball and tennis courts. Fishing enthusiasts will feel right at home as the community has a private fishing pier with stocked ponds. Veterans Memorial Elementary is a certified Lighthouse Leader in Me School, emphasizing leadership activities in the classroom.
