The seven-member Landmark HOA board of directors is responsible for organizing community activities and social events. A community pool hosts fitness classes, and courts for bocce ball and shuffleboard provide additional recreation. The clubhouse is the center of social engagement. It hosts an array of regular events, from card games to arts and crafts to martial arts classes. A community breakfast is held at the clubhouse on the second Saturday of every month. The monthly fee for participating in the HOA’s organized activities is $15 per month. Two public beaches are available at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park less than 5 miles from the community. The park’s coastal setting also offers opportunities for boaters, anglers, hikers and nature lovers. North Naples is home to several golf courses.
