A long-standing community in South Naples
Lely Country Club, also called Old Lely or just Lely, is one of the most established parts of South Naples. While the community shares part of its name with Lely Resort, a neighboring luxury community, Lely Country Club is operated by different homeowners associations and has lower association fees than its neighbors. Rentals and condos along the main road have a broad appeal, while detached homes attract families with children because of the neighborhood’s proximity to local schools and community events. “Lely has a lot of families, a lot of trick-or-treating,” says Michelle Jay, a Realtor with Concierge Realtor Group and Downing-Frye Realty, who has lived in Naples for over 20 years. “During the holidays, it’s filled with blow-ups and lights. People really like to drive down the drag and see everything. It’s known as a community where you can meet people and make friends.”
Lely Country Club is a residential and golfing community in South Napes.
Lely Country Club is built between two expansive golf course, and offers plentiful housing options.

The area along Rattlesnake Hammock Road has smaller condo and villa units for renters and buyers. A 1,000-square-foot condo can be $200,000 to $400,000, while a multistory villa ranges from $400,000 to $650,000. Lely has a CAP Index Crime Score of 2 out of 10, below the national average. Like the rest of Naples, Lely Country Club can be prone to flooding, particularly during hurricane season in the summer and fall.

Lely is less than 5 miles from East Naples Community Park, which hosts the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships and has over 60 pickleball courts, and Sugden Regional Park, one of Naples's only freshwater beaches.
