Upscale living and world-class golf
Quail Creek first broke ground in 1981, becoming one of Naples' first full-service, member-owned golf and country clubs. Today, the gold standard set by Quail Creek lives on in the form of world-class amenities, upscale dining and two championship golf courses, all under the year-round sunshine of Southwest Florida. Quail Creek comprises two distinct communities, the titular Quail Creek and Quail Creek Village. Both present viable and flexible options to get into this highly desirable, recreation-oriented neighborhood. While residents have ample access to fine dining within Quail Creek, the community is just 16 miles from the eclectic restaurants of downtown Naples. “Everything is nearby,” says Steve Bacardi, senior broker for Coldwell Banker. “All the major shopping in Naples, churches, schools, beaches, everything is close to Quail Creek.” The neighborhood is prone to hurricanes, but its location inland offers more protection from stronger storms.

Two championship golf courses and other amenities
Seeing double is a good thing in Quail Creek. The community has two championship-level golf courses, each offering a different golfing experience. The Quail Course runs at a slower pace while players are encouraged to “embrace the challenge” on the Creek Course. Whichever course they choose, residents have access to highly qualified golfing instructors on staff. The Junior Golf Performance Academy is available for younger players looking to improve their game. Golf is the main attraction, but the community’s amenities extend well beyond the rolling fairways. Court sports are popular year-round, and competitive play is available in tennis, pickleball and bocce ball. The tennis program, in particular, stands out as the club maintains USPTA Master professionals on staff to lead instructions on nine Har-Tru tennis courts. When the play ends, residents can recover in the Blue Zone Certified Wellness & Spa Center, which includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to rejuvenation. And every resident is just a quick drive away from the sandy shores of Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

Head to Greenside Grille
The Quail Creek Club offers residents a variety of upscale culinary experiences. Greenside Grille is a popular spot offering full lunch and dinner service, with a brunch buffet and specialty-themed nights. An executive-level chef curates the menu, and residents can pick one of three dining rooms to enjoy their meals. Glasses of red and white flow freely in the secluded wine room, which may also be rented out to celebrate a private occasion. Bogeys in Quail Village is a poolside pub with scenic views of the golf course below. Multiple medical and dentistry facilities sit at the base of Quail Creek, granting residents a short trip for a check-up. Nearby, Target in the Tarpon Bay Plaza provides the neighborhood with fresh produce and weekly groceries. For more extensive shopping and dining, the colorful shops and vibrant restaurants of the Mercato are under 8 miles away.

Spanish-inspired housing with tiled roofs
Quail Creek and the adjacent Quail Creek village offer a wide array of housing to prospective homebuyers looking to retreat to the bright sunshine of Southwest Florida. The distinct parts of the neighborhood are separated by housing type and size. “Quail Creek is all estates up to 20,000 square feet,” says Bacardi. “Prices run high, and there’s no property in there for under $2.5 million.” Spanish-inspired builds with stucco exteriors and red-tiled roofs sit on expansive lots, complete with scenic views of the rolling golf courses. Nearby, Quail Creek Village offers an alternative way into this highly desirable neighborhood. Numerous multi-family options range from Mediterranean-inspired townhouses to four-unit villas, each with a private pool. Luxurious condos begin pricing for $350,000, while contemporary single-family builds sell for $800,000. Membership is not bundled, but homeownership does include equity club membership, meaning residents will have full access to dining and recreation amenities. Golf membership is optional.
