Reflection Lakes stays true to its namesake as multiple artificial lakes provide backyard scenery in this gated community south of Naples, Florida. Over 300 single-family homes and 80 condominiums are in this HOA-controlled neighborhood. The area is accented with palm trees, manicured lawns and backyard pools. Reflection Lakes is away from the tourist areas of Naples but is close enough to be enjoyed by residents. At the same time, the community hosts events and activities for residents. “It’s easy to live here; we’re quiet.” says Nancy Bjork, a Realtor with John R. Wood Properties and a Reflection Lakes resident. “We’re close enough to everything but far enough away not to deal with seasonal traffic and crowds.”

Homes can range between $500,000 and $800,000, while condos cost between $300,000 to $400,000. Mediterranean-style and new traditionals are the main types of homes in Reflection Lakes. Homes remain on the market for an estimated 124 days, higher than the national average of 46. HOA dues are over $300 monthly for single-family homes and over $600 for condos. The dues give residents cable TV, internet, landscaping services and access to Reflection Lakes’s clubhouse. Bjork says some houses were constructed in the mid-2000s, but newer builds are present. The neighborhood has also attracted a mix of retirees who live there part-time and families who live in the community year-round.

Clubhouse activities, state parks and nearby beaches
The clubhouse at Reflection Lakes has multiple amenities, including a pool, bocce court and a horseshoe-throwing pit. The community also organizes weekly events such as water aerobics classes, bingo and card tournaments. Bjork says events for children, such as Eager egg hunts, are also held. Green spaces near Reflection Lakes include the 7,200-acre Collier-Seminole State Park, which has miles of cycling trails, campsites and small boat launches. Picayune Strand State Forest has hiking and horseback riding trails as well as fishing and hunting spots. Golfing courses near the community include the 7,100-yard Rookery at Marco. The Links at Naples has night golf and organized tournaments and leagues. The neighborhood is 10 miles north of Marco Island and has several public beaches, a history museum and fishing areas.
Reflection Lakes has a few popular golf courses in the area, with 18-holes and driving ranges.
The Reflection Lakes clubhouse has a large swimming pool, kids pool, and fitness center.

Elementary and middle schools are close to Reflection Lakes
Students in the community start at Manatee Elementary School, located 1 mile west along U.S. Route 41 and is rated B-plus on Niche. Next door is Manatee Middle School, which has a B grade. Lely High School has a B and offers advanced studies programs.
