An upscale north Naples community with ample amenities

North Naples is a highly coveted part of this southwest Florida city, offering proximity to shopping centers, award-winning golf courses and stunning public beaches. With these amenities comes higher price tags than in other parts of the city. "What makes it more expensive is the north Naples vibe," says Mario Fernandez, real estate agent with Realty ONE Group MVP. "People like to be in north Naples because you have easier access to shopping and stuff like that." Village Walk of Naples is a private community with Spanish-style homes along a private lake and ample amenities, including pools, sports courts and a tennis center. Its location 5 miles west of the coast with shopping centers and golf courses in between situates it conveniently with plenty of access to various amenities.

Village Walk of Naples is made up of single-family homes with Spanish-style architecture, many of which overlook the neighborhood's manmade lake. In addition to the community having three pools, many of the neighborhood's single-family homes have private pools, often accompanying large decks. The home's facades usually feature large windows, Spanish tile roofs, palm trees in front yards and front-facing driveways. Recent sales prices for single-family homes in Village Walk of Naples range from $500,000 to $1.3 million. Like many Naples neighborhoods, Village Walk of Naples has a slow-moving housing market, with homes selling after an average of 76 days. "It's a buyer's market," Fernandez says. "Sellers list their homes a little higher than what people are willing to pay, so they stay on the market. There are buyers, so once you get the right price on it, it sells right away."
