North Naples is a highly coveted part of this southwest Florida city, offering proximity to shopping centers, award-winning golf courses and stunning public beaches. "People like to be in north Naples because you have easier access to shopping and stuff like that." "Sellers list their homes a little higher than what people are willing to pay, so they stay on the market. There are buyers, so once you get the right price on it, it sells right away."

One of Florida's top school districts
Village Walk of Naples is located in the Collier County Public Schools district, which Niche ranks as Florida's fifth best school district. Students can start at Vineyards Elementary School, which gets an A from Niche, before continuing to the A-rated North Naples Middle School, which ranks as the best public middle school in Collier County. After that, they can attend Aubrey Rogers High School, which opened in 2023 and has not been rated by Niche.
