Higher education in Whitebridge
The Metro Nashville Public Schools District serves the area. Students may attend Charlotte Park Elementary School, scoring a C rating on Niche, and HG Hill Middle School, achieving a C-plus. Students then move on to the newly opened James Lawson High School, which does not currently have a Niche grade. However, James Lawson is known for its Academies of Nashville program, where students can earn college credit while discovering their passion for the arts, business, and health sciences. Nashville State Community College and Tennessee College of Applied Technology are also in the community.

There are plenty of opportunities for residents to get physically active, whether hitting the treadmill at Planet Fitness or heading out on a hike. Locals have easy access to the Richland Creek Greenway Trailhead on the southern end of the community. The trail meanders along the creek and around McCabe Golf Course, totaling over 4 miles for those who choose to go the entire route.
