Whitebridge blends quiet streets with West Nashville convenience

Located in West Nashville, Whitebridge pairs suburban ease with a housing market that works for all kinds of budgets. The median home price is around $580,000, making it one of the lower-priced pockets on this affluent side of town. Beyond the housing deals, you're close to highly rated private schools, plenty of grocery stores and Interstate 40, which connects to Downtown Nashville in just 6 miles. Whitebridge has a quiet, almost rural feel like neighboring Hillwood, but you're never cut off from the city. In under 10 minutes, you can grab some of Hattie B's hot chicken or catch a concert in Centennial Park.

Ranch-style homes and modern builds with a wide range of prices

Whitebridge's housing mix reflects decades of growth. Midcentury ranch-style homes are the most common, but sleek contemporary builds with upscale finishes are increasingly popping up. Townhomes and condos range from the lower $100,000s to the mid-$600,000s, while single-family homes can sell from the lower $400,000s to $1.4 million. Thanks to those multifamily options, Whitebridge's median price is well below that of surrounding neighborhoods like Sylvan Park, Hillwood and Belle Meade. According to Julie Johnson, Realtor with HND Realty, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry, there are "massive new homes adjacent to small, older ranch houses. It's truly a blend of old and new."
