“Within the neighborhood itself, it’s very tranquil, with a lot of mature trees and vegetation,” Chen says. In the gated Cherry Lawn subdivision, 21st-century colonial-style new traditional homes can cost between $1.8 million and $2.5 million, plus monthly homeowners association fees of around $1,300. Townhouses, some in gated communities, can cost between $800,000 and $1.8 million, depending on size, plus monthly HOA fees between $600 and $750.

Pinebrook Park has a playground and basketball courts in the neighborhood.
