Urban conveniences are bringing fresh life to New Whiteland
A quintessential mid-western Indiana community, New Whiteland offers a blend of mid-20-century rural suburbia mixed with 21st-century exurban expansion. Incorporated in the 1950s, New Whiteland has grown from predominantly a farming community with small residential pockets, into a thriving modern suburb of Indianapolis. New subdivisions have arrived on the scene at a pace reflecting the growth of Greater Indianapolis, which is just 30 miles north. Emerging commercial centers, creative new businesses and highly ranked public schools give homebuyers more than one reason to seek a home outside Indianapolis. Audrey Satterblom, Realtor with A.S.A.P. Real Estate, and a real estate agent for nearly 25 years explains the appeal of New Whiteland, “New Whiteland offers homebuyers a quiet, rural feeling but thanks to recent growth, it still has enough conveniences to make daily living easy."
