Saunders
Vintage vibes and established homes
With its wide streets and variety of established architectural styles, Saunders can feel a bit like time travel. “Honestly, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time to a past generation,” says DeLucia. “With kids on their bikes and the style and the charm – it’s just really nice.” With its classic charm, the most commonly found types of houses in Saunders are ranch styles, colonial revivals, and split-levels. Homes are perched lots large enough for modest yards, and the neighborhood is full of homes with tree-lined lawns. Paved driveways are common, as are garages. Prices range from $200,000 to $400,000.Patrick Henry Mall offers shopping fun
Residents can restock their pantries at Food Lion or grab everyday essentials at the Family Dollar next door. For a quick and casual meal, locals enjoy Straight Outta Philly’s classic cheesesteaks in its diner atmosphere. Those craving Mexican food can head to Guapo’s Mexican Grill for authentic offerings. “There’s just so much around the neighborhood that people can take advantage of,” says DeLucia. “It’s 10 minutes to anywhere you’d want to go, and there are a ton of cool specialty shops.”Warwick High allows students to get a head start

The adjacent Bethel Battlefield Paintball Park offers thrilling games of paintball, while nearby Sandy Bottom Park attracts visitors from all around. “Sandy Bottom Park is a wonderful spot for the community,” says DeLucia. “It’s great for walks, runs, camping – just about anything you could want.” In addition to its trails and camping spots, visitors can rent canoes or kayaks and bring along their furry friends for a stroll in the attached dog park.I-64 makes commuting simple
