A family-friendly community with scenic surroundings

The Vineyards subdivision is a suburban neighborhood and one of the town's newer communities. Located in the northeast part of town, The Vineyards is surrounded by a serene backdrop of open farmland. "The Vineyards neighborhood is right across the street from Eastview Christian Church, which is a massive, probably at least 60,000-square-foot building, and Grove Elementary School, making it convenient for families," says Realtor Jaiden Snodgrass of RE/MAX Rising. Features such as a landscaped boulevard, walking trails, and a community lake add to the neighborhood's appeal.
