Quiet neighborhood with water and trail access
Along the banks of the Snoqualmie River, Riverpoint is a quiet, woodsy neighborhood with large homes and mountainous views. “Riverpoint is a neighborhood that provides a balance of a neighborhood feel with some space,” says Tonya Eliason, managing broker at The Cascade Team and longtime North Bend resident. This isolated area is 4 miles away from the main retail section of North Bend, but right next to hiking trails and the river. “People move out to North Bend for the recreation,” Eliason says. “Not many places in the world have this much access to recreation right out your door.”
Nearby to mountain trails with varying levels
Within the neighborhood is the Mount Si Trailhead, an 8-mile rocky hiking trail with a peak of over 3,900 feet. Southeast of the neighborhood, the unmaintained Lower Mailbox Peak Trail is considered a challenging hike because of its steepness and overgrown vegetation. Once hikers reach the top, they’ll see a colorful, sticker-decorated mailbox indicating they’ve made it. Beaches east of the neighborhood, like Champion Beach and Teneriffe Beach provide access points to the Snoqualmie River, which is mostly used for fishing and scenic hikes. More parks can be found inland towards North Bend, including Torguson Park, which spans 17 acres. It has a skate park, a play area and connection points to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, which has scenic views of Snoqualmie.
In Riverpoint, Mount Si Trailhead offers an 8-mile rocky trail for folks to traverse.

Craftsman and contemporary homes with Mount Si views
Riverpoint’s residential areas are heavily forested. Tall trees and large plots of open land separate properties, and Mount Si and Mount Teneriffe are visible from most neighborhood homes. “Riverpoint has classic Craftsman style homes on three-quarter acre lots,” Eliason says. Single-family homes can also include Pacific Northwest contemporary, log homes or ramblers on up to seven acres. Most homes were built after the 1980s, and prices can range from $900,000 for single-level homes to over $2 million for two-story homes on large lots. Since the Snoqualmie River borders the neighborhood, some homes may experience flooding.
Two-story Craftsman homes can be found throughout the woodsy streets of Riverpoint.
Single-story homes such as ramblers are also somewhat commonly found throughout Riverpoint.

Trendy establishments in downtown North Bend
North Bend offers a collection of trendy restaurants and boutique shops. Hartwood Café is an eclectic coffee shop with a whimsical interior. Locals enjoy Twede’s Café for its old-school feel and brunch offerings, but fans of David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” go there for the lore, as the café was one of the show’s main backdrops. “They have art from the show in there and merchandise,” Eliason says. “It’s a big attraction for fans of the show; you come to Twede’s and have a cherry pie and coffee.” Volition Brewing has become a popular spot with its large selection of beer and welcoming environment. The brewery also hosts food trucks and pinball tournaments. QFC sells groceries, and the North Bend Premium Outlets are nearby for leisure shopping. Shoppers can find over 30 retail stores, including GAP and Famous Footwear.

The reboot of the show definitely drew more people.”

Drivers can use Interstate 90 to reach Seattle or Bellevue. “It’s generally a better commute than most areas; it’s just over 30 miles with a straight shot on I-90 to Seattle and Bellevue,” Eliason says.
