A tight-knit suburban community 10 miles northwest of Cincinnati
Considered a tight-knit multigenerational community, "church, sports and family" are three words that Kevin Hildebrand, a local Realtor with eXp Icon who grew up in White Oak East, uses to describe the area. "Nobody leaves White Oak East. People want to stay with their families — and many live just down the street from family members." Here, tree-lined streets branch off into quiet cul-de-sacs which adds to the community's laid-back suburban ambiance despite being only 10 miles northwest of Cincinnati. The neighborhood's location makes it attractive to commuters, while parents seeking public school alternatives appreciate White Oak East's numerous private options. Offering peaceful residential living with easy access to some of Cincinnati's major attractions, residents of White Oak East can enjoy the comforts of suburbia with the convenience of the city's many amenities.

In White Oak East, homes flank quiet streets lined with mature sycamore and oak trees. Following a typical suburban layout, streets lead to looping cul-de-sacs and homes are often set back from the sidewalks. Most of these homes are midcentury ranch-style designs with open floor plans, or follow a raised ranch-style with attached garages. However, the community is also home to some Cape Cods and Colonial Revival deigns too. Single-family home prices typically range from $200,000 to upwards of $300,000, depending on the property's age and size. The community is also home to condo options, and units typically cost between $125,000 and $200,000. Buyers should note that some homes receive higher-than-average Flood Factor Scores because of their proximity to the West Fork Mill Creek.
