Though North Las Vegas is the smallest of the Las Vegas Valley's three cities, the area has seen a massive population increase in the last decade thanks to its proximity to major freeways and recent investments in its commercial and residential development. Woodbury Beltway and Centennial Parkway provide quick commutes to the nearby medical center and major retailers.
