Prices range from $300,000 to almost $500,000. “In North Lauderdale, this is one of the most affordable neighborhoods for single-family homes,” says Liz Hankins of Mac Realty Group, who has sold several homes there. There is only a minimal risk of flooding in the neighborhood, but wind damage is a risk, especially during hurricane season.
