It’s not far from Interstate 95, so it’s not inconvenient. It’s very easy to get around there,” says Brian Rokicki, a Realtor Associate at Compass with over 15 years of experience. The community is about 15 miles from downtown Miami and just 4 miles from the closest beach. Shopping centers on the neighborhood’s south side make it easy to find the daily essentials without going too far from home.
