There's also a basketball court and two small playgrounds. John Hogan Memorial Park has even more ball fields, a pavilion and a basketball court. The public Rockleigh Golf Course is nearby for golf enthusiasts. Play the full 27-hole course or play a quick game of 9 holes. At Biddy O'Malley's, an Irish gastropub, enjoy a pint of Guinness with a traditional lamb shepherd's pie. With breakfast served all day long, plus classic diner sandwiches, and a full bar, there's something for everyone. Grab a slice of pizza or a chicken parmigiana sub from Petrillo's Deli & Pizzeria. The borough may be small, but there's plenty of local restaurants to peruse and find your favorite. When you want to cook at home, Northvale has a ShopRite, Woo-Ri Mart, an Asian grocery, and a natural foods store.
