I met with Chopper in mid-Oct and immediately felt at ease and could rely on him. He knew more about the location and property than I did. Selling my parent’s condo was emotional for me but Chopper and his team made the whole process a breeze. Chopper always texts you back - he’s not one of those agents that are MIA once you sign with them. Also, they provide mini-instructional videos throughout each step of the process so you know what to expect, what’s coming up and what you’ll need to do next.
