Dynamic and spacious New Jersey neighborhood with a beautiful waterfall

The neighborhood of Tinton Falls’ claim to fame in Tinton Falls is its namesake, a waterfall. This particular waterfall happens to be the highest one on New Jersey's coastal plain. Residents can easily view the falls from a wooden overlook platform off Tinton and Sycamore Avenues. The Tinton Falls Historic District also converges on these avenues. As a bonus, residents of Tinton Falls also enjoy beautiful properties, a well-regarded school system, an array of outdoor amenities and proximity to the beach and the big city. On top of all of that, “Tinton Falls has a very expansive and eclectic dining experience,” Mark Viggiani, a Realtor at Keller Williams Central Monmouth, says. “It has a bunch of different options.”

I'll choose to live here again because the atmosphere here is serene and friendly with neighborhood annual cookouts. There aren't a lots of kids with their loud noises here. If this remains as is, I see many families retiring to this area.
