Central Odessa neighborhood with friendlier prices near downtown
The Brentwood neighborhood offers lower prices than several other areas in Odessa while being just a couple of miles from downtown. "It is a very good place for a first-time homeowner," says Chantell Rhea, a Black Orchid Real Estate broker with nearly 10 years of experience. The oil boom in West Texas makes the gas and oil fields in the Permian Basin a prominent employer, but it doesn't always mean people staying for a long time. "It is a great place to live and make money," Rhea says.
Brentwood offers Odessa's finest suburban living with a peaceful ambiance.
