Just west of The University of Texas Permian Basin and 4 miles east of Downtown Odessa sits the well-located neighborhood of Fair Oaks. “It’s charming and has great access to everything,” says Gayle Hirsch, a Broker with Gayle Hirsch Realtors. Fair Oaks rests between three major shopping centers and just south of the Music City Mall.
