Just west of The University of Texas Permian Basin and 4 miles east of Downtown Odessa sits the well-located neighborhood of Fair Oaks. “It’s charming and has great access to everything,” says Gayle Hirsch, a Broker with Gayle Hirsch Realtors. Fair Oaks rests between three major shopping centers and just south of the Music City Mall. Along the streets of Fair Oaks, prospective homebuyers find brick ranch-style homes with one-to-two-car garages and tree-shaded front lawns. For a morning pick-me-up, Chairo Coffee Co. serves coffee and espresso drinks just west of the neighborhood.
