For an afternoon caffeine jolt, residents head to Peaches and Beaches Espresso, which offers anything from macchiatos to lattes. Music City Mall is 8 miles east of Henderson Heights and offers residents stores like JCPenney and Dillard’s along with entertainment like live music and a roller rink. Students produce Broncho News at Odessa High School
Children in Henderson Heights get their education within the Ector County Independent School District, where they start at Noel Elementary, which earns a C-minus grade from Niche. In sixth grade, students move on to Crockett Middle before attending Odessa High, both of which earn a C grade from Niche. Odessa High allowed students to participate in a school news program called the Broncho News, which informs students and parents about student happenings. For private schools, St. John’s Episcopal serves Pre-K through sixth grade just east of the neighborhood. Niche has yet to grade the school.
Odessa High School is the gateway to college for Henderson Heights students.
Noel Elementary School is the foundation for learning in Henderson Heights.
