Camelot Bel-Aire is a well-established neighborhood undergoing a resurgence thanks to its location near the Chisholm Creek shopping and entertainment district in northwest Oklahoma City. "With the Camelot-Bel Aire neighborhood located so close to all the growth happening in the area, we're seeing a lot of people, especially young families, moving in," says Karen Blevins, a Realtor with Chinowth & Cohen. "People are attracted to a place when they see new restaurants and retail popping up nearby. They also like that the homes in Camelot-Bel Aire are older, with a midcentury or contemporary flair. They're moving in and doing them up."
