Camelot Bel-Aire is a well-established neighborhood undergoing a resurgence thanks to its location near the Chisholm Creek shopping and entertainment district in northwest Oklahoma City. "With the Camelot-Bel Aire neighborhood located so close to all the growth happening in the area, we're seeing a lot of people, especially young families, moving in," says Karen Blevins, a Realtor with Chinowth & Cohen. "People are attracted to a place when they see new restaurants and retail popping up nearby. They also like that the homes in Camelot-Bel Aire are older, with a midcentury or contemporary flair. They're moving in and doing them up."
Camelot Bel-Aire's homes are mainly 1960s ranch styles with brick and stone facades.

The neighborhood predominantly features ranch-style homes built in the 1960s with brick or stone exteriors. A typical three- or four-bedroom home can cost between $200,000 and $350,000. Prices increase with additional renovations and larger lots, ranging from $350,000 to $485,000. Condos from the 1980s typically sell for $75,000 to $150,000. "Homes in Camelot-Bel Aire sell quickly," Blevins says. "And in the current Oklahoma City market, they tend to sell over list price."

Kids can attend Quail Creek Elementary School, rated C by Niche, for pre-kindergarten through fourth grade, followed by John Marshall Middle School, rated C-minus, for grades five through eight. At the C-plus John Marshall High School, teens can participate in the Academy of Finance, which offers courses in business, technology and finance. High schoolers can also earn an associate degree for in-state schools through dual enrollment.
Children are offered a great education at John Marshall Middle School.
