1980s ranch and modern Craftsman-styles

The residential streets of the community are lined with homes built in the 1980s, which are mostly ranch and modern Craftsman-style homes, some with a mid-century flare seen in unique geometric roofs. Driveways big enough to fit two cars and modest landscaping can be found throughout the neighborhood alongside brown and tan brick exteriors. Neat sidewalks are located on both sides of the streets in the Ole Windmill Estates community, with plenty of room for morning walks with a dog. Its manicured lawns and clean streets are made possible by the presence of a homeowners association, which falls around $20 a month. Potential homebuyers looking to move into the community can expect a price range from $190,000 for a three-bedroom home to $280,000 for a larger four-bedroom house.
