Old growth trees, family farms and new development
Edendale Estates most commonly offers ranch-style homes with front porches and expansive property. Mature trees and Children at Play signs complement the neighborhood’s rustic family feel, also derived from the equestrian and farming properties scattered throughout the area. It’s not uncommon for homes to pair with separate buildings for boat parking or farm needs. This sentiment is shared with neighboring Newalla, where smaller estates boast gardens and wide lawns. Homes rarely sell for more than $600,000, typically priced between $300,000 and $400,000. However, large plots of vacant land may vary in expense.
