Convenience and small town community vibes
The secret is out. Folks from all over are discovering metro Oklahoma City's magic potion that mixes big-city amenities with small-town community vibes. The Hollyrock-Silver Maple area, part of the OKC suburb of Yukon, is no exception. "We've had a lot of people from other parts of the country move to the area," says Kerri Mathew, a Realtor and broker associate with Keller Williams Realty Elite. "I recently read an article that said the 73099 zip code is one of the most frequently moved-to zip codes. I think that's because this area is close to amenities and highways but still has a rural, small-town feel." Just south of the I-40 corridor, the neighborhood is nestled into a mostly residential abode with the highway connecting residents to anywhere in OKC in 30 minutes or less.
