Mix of Millenium mansions and and ranch houses in suburban pockets
Pockets of suburbia are dotted around the commercial areas. On the eastern end, buyers can find expansive seven-bedroom Millennium mansions in a gated community selling for more than $1 million. The western end of the neighborhood is full of low, long ranch homes with two-car garages running parallel along narrow residential streets. The established midcentury houses sit on modest, well-maintained yards dotted with trees. Prices for these homes can start around $105,000 if they still need to be renovated. If the property has modern interior upgrades, it can sell for roughly $170,000. The highest price point in Lincoln Park falls around $199,000 for a four-bedroom remodeled home.

Community park and golf course with rich history
Generations of families have played rounds at Lincoln Park Golf Course, which celebrated 100 years in 2022. The course has made headlines over the years, including in 1961, when it hosted a match between two of the best golfers in the world – Arnold Palmer and Gary Player. Palmer came out on top, winning by seven strokes. Today, golfers can take their pick from the 18-hole east or west courses with rolling hills and mature trees dotted along the fairways. The course is part of the larger Lincoln Park, where locals can go for a stroll along paved walking paths or play a match on the tennis courts. Parents also frequent the park because of the small playground where they can let their kids burn off some energy.
