Ranch style homes

Straddling May avenue between 44th and 59th Street, most homes in Mayridge are mid-century ranch style homes. Jim Miller, real estate agent with Keller Williams-Yukon says the neighborhood features some of the best-maintained homes in Oklahoma City with a lot of pride in ownership. "You'll see the best masonry work you'll ever see on these houses." But Mayridge’s location close to several of OKC’s main avenues certainly makes it enticing to homebuyers. Community parks

Syl Goldman Park, named for the man who introduced the concept of supermarkets to Oklahoma, is a popular place for Mayridge residents to spend time outdoors. The playground, baseball field and walking paths encompass several acres of green space between Mayridge and the Interstate, acting as a visual and sound buffer between the bustling highway and quiet residential streets. Just north of Mayridge Woodson Park has a swimming pool, golf course, baseball fields, and a plethora of trails for walking and biking.
