Ranch style homes
Straddling May avenue between 44th and 59th Street, most homes in Mayridge are mid-century ranch style homes. Jim Miller, real estate agent with Keller Williams-Yukon says the neighborhood features some of the best-maintained homes in Oklahoma City with a lot of pride in ownership. "You'll see the best masonry work you'll ever see on these houses." But Mayridge’s location close to several of OKC’s main avenues certainly makes it enticing to homebuyers. Homes typically run between $100,000 and $200,000 that will net around 1,000 square feet and three bedrooms.

Community parks
Syl Goldman Park, named for the man who introduced the concept of supermarkets to Oklahoma, is a popular place for Mayridge residents to spend time outdoors. The playground, baseball field and walking paths encompass several acres of green space between Mayridge and the Interstate, acting as a visual and sound buffer between the bustling highway and quiet residential streets. GreatSchools:
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
