Convenience at a competitive price
Overlooking Interstates 44 and 240 from far Southside Oklahoma City, Meadowcliff is convenient to scores of shopping and dining. It’s also just a few miles away from Will Rogers World Airport and even closer to Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC), the largest community college in the metro. “They have a wonderful arts and theater program,” says Glen Cosper, a Southside local and Realtor with Keller Williams Green Meadow. He says the neighborhood greatly benefits from its proximity to OCCC’s theater. “All kinds of acts come there, whether it’s Broadway shows or interviews with Francis Ford Coppola.” But more than the convenient location, Realtor Jorge Domenack, with Domenack Real Estate, says it’s the home prices that draw homebuyers to Meadowcliff. “For its central location and amazing access to the interstates, prices here are reasonable,” says the bilingual Southside local.
Near myriad shopping and dining
Retail and restaurant options abound on either side of Interstate 240, between South Pennsylvania Avenue and South Western Avenue, within 3 miles of most Meadowcliff homes. Head there for everything from Academy Sports, PetSmart and Best Buy to Hobby Lobby, Red Wing and Ross. For a bite to eat, visit a familiar favorite chain like Olive Garden, Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar or Golden Corral. “There are a lot of good dining options there,” says Jenna Laird, an OKC local and Verity Real Estate Realtor. She adds that she and her family go to the Charleston’s there often. “We eat there probably every other week because it’s so good.” Grab groceries even closer to home, at the Fresh Market on South May Avenue.

Students living north of Southwest 82nd Street and west of South Villa Avenue attend schools in the Western Heights Public Schools system.
