A rare flower in southwest Edmond
Rose Creek's air of seclusion, location and amenities combine to make the thriving community in southwest Edmond a top pick for homeowner hopefuls, according to Brandon Toombs, a top listing agent and luxury specialist with Salt Real Estate who's sold homes all over Edmond. “It’s gated, with around-the-clock security, which makes the streets quiet and safe for children,” he says. “We call it a golf cart community because the kids just ride around all day on golf carts. The golf course and the club are a big reason people move here, but Rose Creek is also in a great school district and about a 10-minute drive from everything. It’s just a sweet place to live.”
Custom homes with Rose Creek Golf Course views
Most homes in Rose Creek follow traditional-style archetypes and feature French Country-inspired details like round turrets, grand arched entrances and mixed-media facades. Still, these homes don’t fit the standard suburban cookie-cutter mold. “They’re all diverse,” Toombs says. “A lot of them were built custom. You’ll have two or three that are similar, but there are lots of builders represented in the neighborhood, so there’s a lot of variety. That’s the beauty of it.” One of Toombs’ current listings, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom French Traditional-style home with airy ceilings and a view of the golf course’s second hole, is priced at $1.2 million, and other homes right on the course can reach up to $1.8 million. However, homebuyers can find options with less square footage for $400,000 to $750,000, and others in nearby enclaves like Knox Farm for $300,000 and up.

Arthur Hills’ award-winning course
Rose Creek Golf Club lies at the heart of the neighborhood and offers residents a wide range of entertainment options. While the star of the club is the 18-hole championship course designed by Arthur Hills, Toombs says the club is constantly bringing their amenities up to date to draw people into the community. A recent set of renovations added indoor pickleball courts and updated the fitness and range facilities. “We recently added an arcade and a golf simulator for kids and updated the restaurant,” adds Toombs. The private club’s attention to detail and thoughtful upgrades have drawn national attention, winning Golf Inc.’s 2023 “Best Amenities” and “The Golden Fork” awards.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy at the Rose Creek Clubhouse.

On-site dining and Quail Springs Mall
A farm-to-table lunch or dinner is within reach for Rose Creek residents after a long day hitting the links. Chef Jim Camp serves as the in-house chef for Neighborhood Provisions, the Golf Club’s restaurant and private venue. Rose Creek residents don’t need to venture far beyond the front gates for more entertainment options. Both Quail Springs Mall and Chisholm Creek—two of the area’s most popular shopping, dining and entertainment destinations—are nearby. So is Neighborhood J.A.M., one of Toombs’ favorite restaurants. “Everything on the menu is great, but the lemon poppyseed pancakes are phenomenal,” he gushes. Besides shopping sprees, locals can also head to the Quail Springs Mall area to pick up groceries from Target, Walmart, or Sam’s Club, among others.
