Established OKC Suburb with golf course views
The hometown of country music superstar Garth Brooks, Surrey Hills is on the OKC suburb's northern edge and is an established community built around a golf course of the same name. "Close to the highway and right on the edge of Yukon, the location is hard to beat," says Frances Fuller, a Realtor with Chinowth & Cohen. Homebuyers agree: "This ZIP code is one of the fastest growing in the country," Fuller adds, referring to Opendoor ranking 73099 as the second hottest ZIP code in the U.S. in 2022. The neighborhood was developed around a golf course, featuring more than well-groomed fairways for marvelous tee shots. Fuller says the boom is understandable: "People really like the schools, and there are a lot of stores, restaurants and things going on in Yukon. There's a lot that Surrey Hills has to offer."
