Easy access to stores, parks and Silver Lake Country Club
Nestled in the southern part of Orland Park lies the charming neighborhood of Silver Lake South, named after the private country club which is the heart of the area. The area provides a wide variety of amenities to locals, including three stellar schools just a quick walk away from a booming commercial area on the neighborhood's southern end. All of this is close to various housing options, from townhouses to single-family homes with plenty of yard space. Of course, there is also the country club to the north, offering access to events and a round of golf. The golf course is not the only greenery in the area, as locals have seven parks to choose from to get the most out of the day in this exciting Orland Park suburb. “The area is in high demand due to its proximity to Orland Square Mall, restaurants and the highway,” says Rayed Yasin, a managing broker with Victory Lane Realty who has served the area for over 19 years.
