Offering riverfront views and proximity to the Atlantic Coast, restaurants and retail options, the housing market in Ormond Terrace is more competitive than in its neighboring communities. Prospective buyers should expect to pay between $300,000 to $500,000 for an inland two- to four-bedroom bungalow or ranch home, while a luxury riverfront estate can sell between $1 and $3 million.
