With its modern housing developments and water tower on the horizon, Masonville gives the impression of a master-planned community dropped on a quiet pasture. Though the area covers just over 10 square miles of land, most homes are at its northern border, where several subdivisions have been constructed in the past decade. Contemporary Craftsman-style homes make up most of these neighborhoods, with midcentury homes from the '40s and '50s scattered around the rest of the region.
