Laid-back suburbs between the ocean and downtown Oxnard
Settled between Oxnard's downtown and oceanfront, Sea Air balances coastal suburban living and city convenience. "While it feels like a secluded coastal community, it's just a short drive from downtown Oxnard, where residents go for lots of dining and entertainment," says Arturo Hernandez, Realtor in Oxnard since 2009 with RE/MAX Gold Coast. Just a few miles in the other direction, locals have tons of seaside activity at their fingertips at Channel Islands Harbor and Oxnard Beach. The winding suburban streets and sidewalks give a community vibe, where folks are always within walking distance of recreation and events at Sea Air Park in the heart of the neighborhood.
