Pacific offers commuter convenience and a wide variety of homes
Between the rushing waters of the White River and the bustling cars on the Valley Freeway, Pacific is a peaceful suburban neighborhood where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and commuter convenience with Seattle about 30 miles north. On the southern edge of King County bordering Pierce County, this relatively flat city is full of single-family homes built between the mid-1900s and 2020. They’re located along Pacific’s grid-pattern streets on approximately quarter-acre lots with moderate greenery. Much of the city is made up of mid-century ranch-style houses selling for $300,000 to $500,000. On the south side, near the county line, you’ll find more contemporary Craftsman-style houses with around 2,000 square feet of living space ranging from $550,000 to $650,000. While Pacific has a calm atmosphere, you will occasionally hear a train running along the tracks that run through the center of town, along with the cars on the freeway if you live on the west side.
