Keiler Park is a compact, urban neighborhood flanked to the northwest by industrial and retail buildings and bordered to the south by more retail and service centers. The neighborhood's namesake park provides family-friendly recreation, and schools are within walking distance. "Keiler Park's big draw is that it is blocks away from an elementary school, a middle school, a high school and a hospital," says Realtor Lenny Powley, who sells homes in the neighborhood with LP Real Estate Services. Downtown Paducah is a little over 2 miles away via Kentucky Avenue. However, with several events occurring within blocks of Keiler Park, residents can find entertainment, shopping and dining within a short walk, bike or drive of home.
