But as local realtors point out, there are several pricing options. Plenty of condos can be found starting at $200,000. Luxury units will go double that, to start with. Single-owner homes pop into view around the $600,000 mark. A renovated midcentury cottage in a beachy pastel hue will sell at that price, for example. Yards, fences and driveways are common sights on properties like these, as this is after all a suburban community. Thick grass and palm trees provide visual interest. Single-owner homes will generally reach into the upper $800,000s and then more sprawling million-dollar estates come into view.

Centrally located Route 1

The major thoroughfare feeding into North Palm Beach is 45th Street, and residents can take this directly to Interstate 95 for exploring the region.
